在農歷新年才正式曝光的2014 MV Agusta Dragster 800 ABS，抵港時間與歐洲市場同步推出，新車分別有白色及灰色版本，本地代理也有引入。

一副引擎演變多款車輛的手法，相信是大勢所趨，雖然Dragster 800是源自同廠的Brutale 800，驟眼比較兩車的圖片雖然十分相似，但Dragster 800的車身細節及車尾卻經過全新設計，並且採用公升級200/50-17闊輪胎，而BRUTALE 800則是180/55-17輪胎。新設計部件包括可調校前後角度軑及手擋，使車輛有點像Supermoto的感覺，其餘還有新前泥擋、10柱式輪框、新加肚兜及新腳踏等等，車尾還移除了尾牌架，並加裝至尾輪胎後方位置，。

由於新車以BRUTALE 800開發出來，因此基本規格不變，包括MV AGUSTA自家開發的MVICS電子系統，EAS (Electronically Assisted Shift)電子輔助升檔退檔系統、8段式調校的Traction Control(循跡系統)及不同馬力輸出選擇(Mapping)也一應俱全。其次是3汽缸引擎同樣是125hp馬力、167kg乾重及43mm倒立套筒前叉等等。
